At LMLA receptionists help create an environment and culture that enables us to fulfill our mission of providing exceptional client service. We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic professional to fill this full-time role and rise to the challenge. 

 

The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker who has experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced spa setting. This person will bring resourcefulness, organization, and stellar communication skills to the desk. With a knack for keeping cool under pressure and juggling complex schedules, the receptionist will be counted on to help us grow our business.

Objectives Of This Role

  • Optimize front desk operations and oversee internal processes, supplies, and equipment.

  • Coordinate external resources and vendors, nurturing relationships and upholding best practices.

  • Generate a positive impression of LMLA by welcoming visitors, responding to requests, and supporting team members.

  • Encourage efficient workflow, communications, and front desk operations on a daily basis.

  • Recognize issues requiring immediate attention, and communicate to leadership any deviations from standard procedure.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Work 

  • Answering Telephones Promptly & Professionally 

  • Greeting Clients To LMLA Standards 

  • Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization 

  • Laundry Management 

  • Appointment Booking, Canceling, Rescheduling

  • Assist In Managing Inventory 

  • Assist In Payroll & Scheduling Management 

  • Answering Questions/Customer Management 

  • Filing and Maintaining Documents/Records

  • Maintain A Clean and Stocked Reception Area 

  • Possibly Assisting In Event Planning 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 Year Customer Service Experience

  • Communications Skills

  • Problem Solving Skills 

  • Data Entry Skills

  • Self Starter

  • Dependable

  • Professionalism 

  • Work Well Under Pressure 

  • Ability To Calculate Figures and Amounts Such As Discounts, and Commissions

  • Ability To Handle Clients Concerns 

  • Ability To Stand, Sit, Walk, Reach, Climb and Lift Up To 50 pounds

  • Adequate Telephone Skills 

  • Multitasking Skills

  • Willingness To Learn About All Products/Services
